Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wrap
- 1/2 cup cooked or canned chickpeas, lightly mashed
- 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- Salt and pepper
Method
- In a bowl, mix the mashed chickpeas, vegan mayonnaise, curry powder, red onion, celery, salt and pepper.
- Warm the wrap if desired.
- Spread the chickpea mixture evenly onto the centre of the wrap.
- Roll up the wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice and Serve.
