Cream Cheese, Salmon & Avo on Rye Snackbread by Emily’s Cooking

Ingredients

  • ● Deli Kitchen Rye Snackbread
  • ● Cream cheese
  • ● Smoked salmon 
  • ● Avocado
  • ● Seasoning of your choice
  • ● Lemon

Method

  1. Toast your snack rye bread or have it fresh
  2. Spread a generous amount of scream cheese
  3. Add smoked salmon
  4. To make an avocado rose, thinly slice a ripe avocado half and fan out the slices into a long line. Gently roll the slices from one end to form a spiral. Shape it into a rose and use a spatula or knife to transfer it.
  5. Sprinkle on some seasoning of your choice
  6. Squeeze some lemon juice on top
