Ingredients
- ● Deli Kitchen Flame baked Indian Spiced Naan
- ● Butter chicken
- ● Grated mozzarella and cheddar
- ● Raita
- ● Chopped coriander
Method
- Line an over tray with baking paper and lay the naan on top.
- Spread over your leftover butter chicken or chicken curry.
- Sprinkle on the cheese
- Bake in the oven at 180-200°C for roughly 10-15 minutes or cooked to your liking
- Drizzle some raita and sprinkle on some chopped coriander.
