                  Ingredients
- 2 Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wraps
 - 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin
 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
 - ¼ teaspoon paprika
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
 - ½ cup canned chopped tomatoes (ideally with chilies)
 - 3 tablespoons minced coriander
 - 1 large avocado, diced
 - 1 mango, diced
 - Juice of ½ small lime
 
Method
- In a medium bowl, smash the black beans with the back of a fork or a small potato masher. The mixture should not be smooth.
 - Add the cumin, garlic powder, paprika, tomatoes, coriander, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
 - For the salsa, combine avocado, mango, lime, coriander, and salt in a bowl and stir.
 - Add the black bean mixture and salsa down the centre of each wrap.
 - Fold the sides and roll into burritos.
 - Cut each wrap in half and serve!
