GREEK-STYLE MULTIGRAIN SKINNI WRAP WITH HUMMUS, SPINACH, PEPPERS AND FETA

Ingredients

1 Deli Kitchen Skinni Wrap

2 tbsp hummus

1 tbsp lemon juice

Pinch of black pepper

1 tomato, diced

Quarter of a small red onion, diced

A handful of spinach leaves

4 olives, diced

30g reduced fat feta, crumbled

Method

1.  Lay out the Skinni Wrap flat on a plate or board

2. Mix the lemon juice and black pepper into the hummus and spread on the wrap.

3. Scatter on the diced tomato, diced onion, spinach and olives. Top with the crumbled feta. Fold up the wrap and serve.
